Also, the software might not be compatible with the latest version of Paltalk. The latest version of PalBouncer is 1.1.0.3 and it was released on Apr 27, 2008. A long time has passed since the latest update was released and most likely this is the cause to the error, but try as I said here. If it doesn't work, then the reason is compatibility.
